Available only to tour operator clients, this service provides a personalized Meet & Greet service at Vancouver Airport. Our representatives will meet clients from their flight, ensuring a smooth arrival and speedy onward journey to Whistler. Emergency cell phone numbers will be provided for your clients use and support staff are available at the Whistler SkyLynx Desks at both the International and Domestic Terminals.

Shared Vancouver Airport Shuttle Service  
Whistler Connection offers the ultimate ‘Door to Door’ service. Vehicles are chartered in order to meet specific incoming flights to reduce airport waiting times and to provide a quick and efficient service between the airport and the client’s hotel in Whistler. Most clients will depart within the half hour after being met, however as a number of clients may arrive on different flights and due to the inconsistencies of luggage arrival and customs, clients may not leave immediately after being met.  Whistler Connection guarantees that no client ready for departure will wait more than 1 hour after being met by our representative.

VIP Private Transportation – Our representatives will meet your clients from their flight after clearing customs, and escort them to their private transfer to Whistler. Clients will depart immediately and be taken directly to their accommodation in Whistler. On the return journey back to Vancouver Airport, clients may choose the optimum departure time for their flight, to reduce waiting time at the airport.
